- Elisabeth Hasselbeck is a stupid girl. I do not understand why she even made it to the View. I used to watch the show and simply overlooked that other girl. But Hasselbeck annoys me to no kind of end; it's her stupidity/arrogance combo I think.
OMG...watch her at 2:22...jeebuz. She's a mental case too. Barbara asks her a simple question and her best response is to get a sarcastic regressive into childhood persona [complete with arm gestures and facial expressions]...and then STILL does not answer the question simply. She just reflects it to Obama in Barbara's serious attempt to get an answer. You know...she had an opportunity right then to convince people why Sarah Palin would be a good President but she chose infantilism instead. Idiot.

Oh now now. I am very sure that my great grandmother, suffragette, intended precisely for women to continue bearing herds of children in order to work the farms and of course being a devoted wife was #2 in the Suffragette Agenda. Ok. That was sarcasm. In all seriousness I would like to know if his own pat on the back for bringing Sarah Palin on board - due to her vagina - has quit patting yet?
Feminists know Sarah Palin is no feminist while yes, embracing some of the feminist "behaviors" such as having a career *and* family *and* being politically ambitious. But it stops there. Sarah Palin actively seeks to do away with the most sacred right a women possesses; her right to decide when or even IF she will reproduce. She assumes that a forced 9 month gestation to bring a child into this world is more important - more valuable - than the life, goals, dreams, needs, desires, and even health of the woman. In this, Sarah Palin wants to deny women the Constitutional right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It matters not why [religion, personal beliefs] all that matters is that it is.
So I read a little more and came across the *About Me* section of the maintainer of the website. I really loved the simple phrasing of this and so I will close my review with this and leave you with this thought to ponder - after reading the below statement: "If true, what does that really say about how John McCain, himself, views women?"
"She was chosen by John McCain specifically because he believes that American women will vote for any female candidate regardless of their qualifications."
