this is crap. i have flagged this guy as a spammer, thumbed him down, blocked his spamminess and now this page is the THIRD of five stumbles i have received today. See here for the first AFTER I tagged him, thumbed him down.
So much for StumbleUpon thinking that spammed sites don't stand a chance of being introduced and viraled into the system.
How many more dinky pages of his will I have to thumb down and tag as a spammed site and review before Stumble quits sending this stuff to me?

Two scoops of chocolate flavored Aria protein powder in Skim Milk [and Ovaltine to taste] and there's my breakfast for when I haven't much protein source in the house. I've been off my sugar relapse for 5 days now [I think] and I credit it to drinking my Aria protein powder in milk.

If my friend doesn't quit removing me as a friend I am going to hurt him. :D Just kidding! But we're both Leo's so...we have this very volatile relationship sometimes. Well...deep down he knows I love him dearly. Deep deep down.
He bought me a tree one time. How in the world am I going to move it when we move to our new house? it's like three feet tall by now and when he got it for me i think it was all of two inches.

Happy Little Rabbit
A little rabbit is happily running through the forest when he stumbles upon a giraffe rolling a joint. The rabbit looks at her and says,"Giraffe my friend, why do you do this? Come with me running through the forest, you'll see, you'll feel so much better!" The giraffe looks at him, looks at the joint, tosses it and goes off running with the rabbit.
Then they come across an elephant doing coke, so the rabbit again says,"Elephant my friend, why do you do this? Think about your health. Come running with us through the pretty forest, you'll see, you'll feel so good!" The elephant looks at them, looks at his razor, mirror and all,then tosses them and starts running with the rabbit and giraffe.
The three animals then come across a lion about to shoot up. "Lion my friend, why do you do this? Think about your health! Come running with us through the sunny forest, you will feel so good!" The lion looks at him, puts down his needle, and starts to beat the shit out of the little rabbit. As the giraffe and elephant watch in horror, they look at him and ask,"Lion, why did you do this? He was merely trying to help us all!"
The lion answers, "That little fucker makes me run around the forest like an idiot for hours every time he's on ecstasy!""

I can't believe this hasn't been thumbed up and reviewed yet.
One caveat though - and I suggest this with ANY internet based URL submission service. Use a throw-away email address. Do not give out your real one. It's getting harder and harder to decipher - particularly with companies like this who utilize third parties to do their marketing - who will kidnap your email address for spammalicious purposes.
